Application Checklist

Below is a list of documents that are required when you apply for a mortgage.

Identification

____ Driver's License

____ Social Security Card

Your Property

____ Copy of signed Purchase and Sales Agreement with all addendums

____ Verification of the earnest money deposit

____ Contact information for Realtors, Sellers, Builders as applicable

____ Most recent Mortgage Statement (for refinance)

____ Homeowners Insurance Policy (or name and number of HOI agent)

____ Copy of Title Insurance Policy (for refinance)

Your Income

____ Pay stubs for the most recent 30 days

____ Tax returns for 2023 and 2022

____ W-2 forms 2023 and 2022

____ Name and address of all employers for last two years

____ For Self employed, Financial Statement, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement

____ Social Security and disability income benefits statement

____ Awards letter from any organization or agency

____ Divorce decree for alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income

Assets

____ Most recent two months bank statements

____ Most recent statement on any asset account, stocks, money market etc

____ 401 K or other retirement statement

____ If selling your current home, copy of your the sales contract
